we have a strict NO REFUND policy. If services are canceled after payment has been made, we will credit your account toward future services.


It’s very important to us that we take great care of our clients and also our valuable employees. The cancellation policy ensures fairness to all involved. When we book your services, we reserve exclusive time for you and your pets and have likely turned away other clients during this time. The cancellation policy helps keep availability in our busy schedule for those who truly need it. 

We would hate to turn away a client because we are fully booked, only to have someone cancel on short notice. This occurs often around holidays and school vacation weeks; our schedules fill up, then many clients wait until the last moment to cancel, which makes it impossible for us to service the clients we had turned away. 

In addition, our employees set aside time in their busy schedules to service our clients. We believe they deserve to be paid when their work is cancelled on short notice. Imagine a job where the work you depended on could be cancelled at any moment with no pay. The cancellation of one or two visits doesn’t seem like a big deal, but just imagine what happens when several clients cancel a few visits during the same week. We want to keep all of our top-notch dog walkers and pet sitters employed with us for a very long time, so we choose to pay them for services on their schedule that are cancelled on short notice.

DOG WALKING CANCELLATIONS:
Our dog walker’s routes are planned in advance and cancellations disrupt scheduling and efficient routing. For a full credit, dog walks must be cancelled within a full 24 hours of scheduled services. Notice of less than 24 hours, scheduled services will be charged at the full price.

OVERNIGHT PET SITTING CANCELLATIONS:
We book our overnight services far in advance, so should you need to cancel your reservation with us, please give us a full two week’s notice for a full credit. Our policy applies to the entire reservation invoice amount.

  • FULL CREDIT - 14 days’ notice

  • 75% CREDIT - 7-13 days’ notice

  • 50% CREDIT - 3-6 days’ notice

  • NO CREDIT - less than 3 days’ notice

PET TAXI SERVICES:

Should you need to cancel your reservation with us, we require a full five (5) days’ notice for full credit. Our policy applies to the entire reservation invoice amount.

  • FULL CREDIT - 5 days’ notice

  • 75% CREDIT - 3-4 days’ notice

  • 50% CREDIT - 2 days’ notice

  • NO CREDIT - less than 2 days’ notice

HOLIDAY SERVICES

We typically experience a higher demand for our services around major holidays. In order to ensure availability for all of our clients, we require a full 30 days’ notice for full credit.

  • FULL CREDIT - 30 days’ notice

  • 75% CREDIT - 20-29 days’ notice

  • 50% CREDIT - 10-19 days’ notice

  • NO CREDIT - less than 10 days’ notice

Credits expire after one year from the cancellation date.
