here’s how to get started

 

create an account

This is the first step. Once you complete our contact form, you’ll receive an email to setup your account and our office will reach out to answer any questions.

complete your profile

Now that you’ve spoken to our office, you’ll begin completing your profile with all of your pet’s needs and home care information. This is a great time to download our app, Time To Pet.

schedule a meet & Greet

Once your profile is completed, we’ll schedule a meet & greet. Your dog walker/sitter will come to your home to meet you and your pets and go over all of the information in your profile.

 

schedule your visits

After you’ve met with your dog walker/sitter and decided that you’re a great fit, you can schedule all of your services online on our app, Time To Pet.

have peace of mind

You’re all set! Now, you’ll be able to see the status of your visits in real time. Your dog walker/pet sitter will send a report with photos at each visit and you can communicate directly with them through the app.

schedule services anytime

Now that you’ve become a client, you can request dog walking, pet sitting, or pet taxi services at anytime.  Simply log in online or via our Time To Pet app and make your request.
